DELIVERY TIME & METHODS:

Deliveries

  1. Delivery is free for all online orders orders over R5,000 only!!, if your Order value is less than R5,000, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

***Please note that orders above R5000 which are not purchased online does not qualify for free Delivery

  1. Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
  1. Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

 Processing Time

  1. We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, product in stock—Usually Ships within 24 hours and 3-6 business days for transit.
  2. Orders on back order usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery on small packages and 8-12 weeks on much Larger Units.
  3. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Payment Method

  1. (1)Using EFT, which is preferred.
  2. (2)Payfast (Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Bitcoin.)
  3. (3) You can send email to sales@oxyaider.co.zawith the products you want to order, along with your shipping address and phone number. We will then create an invoice and send you an electronic invoice for payment. Once that is paid, we will ship the products.

PLEASE NOTE:

(1)What if I enter or provide the wrong address when placing an order?

The shipping information is automatically generated based on the “Shipping Address” entered when placing the order.
If the package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be charged shipping costs to reship the package.

Therefore, if changes need to be made, they must be made quickly. Otherwise, your order will be shipped normally within 24 hours.
