Who are we?
Oxyaider is a young energetic, private company registered in South Africa that focuses on people’s health, their well-being, sales, after-sales services of quality and affordable Home Medical Equipment, and Respiratory Therapy products in the local market.
What are the customer service hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Johannesburg, South African Time)

Home base and hospital base medical equipment

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

 

Do you take returns?
– Yes, returns has to be communicated to our team of agents by emailing us on: support@oxyaider.co.za.
– Returns will only be accepted in original packaging.
– Returns will only be accepted within 5 working days from delivery of goods.
My equipment is not functioning properly. What should I do?
Our on-call service personnel are available 24-hours a day, every day of the year. Please call 011-654-4789, if you have any questions.
What happens if my goods arrive broken?
If anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Whilst we have not lost any parcels in the post to date, goods are occasionally damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

 

What are my payment options?
• You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:
– Credit Card – payments are securely processed.
– Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order within 24- 48hours of your payment clearing only if product is in stock
Is it safe to pay using my card on your website?
– Yes it is, our website is safe and secure
What are my delivery options?
– Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses; fortunately we do offer courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines.
– When you place an order our system will offer you a choice of delivery options based on your delivery address
What is the delivery cost?
– There is a standard rate delivery fee of R120 for orders placed on the online shop Only, If Order is less than R5000 in major city centre across south Africa and for orders of yes and above its fee delivery. ** Please note that Free delivery only applies if payment is made directly from our Online Store.
Is there a minimum order amount?
– There is no minimum order amount
How long will it take for me to get my order?
– We dispatch all orders that are in stock within 2-3 working days once receiving payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated . If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will be dispatched once funds reflect in our account.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
– If this happens we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product or a refund.
The product I wish to order is out of stock, can I still order it?
– Yes, Out of stock orders are placed on back order and usually takes 10- 15 working days, estimated delivery day will be communicated with you.
